What is a Salt Room?

It is an enclosed space that releases a fine mist of salt into the room. It helps to remove bacteria from the sinus and lung cavities as well as reduce inflammation in those areas.

How much is a session?

Please see our price list for more information.

Can children go into the salt room?

Yes, children of all ages may go into the salt room. If children are under the age of 12 a parent must accompany them.  If you have further concerns, please discuss with your licensed practitioner.

How long do you go in for?

Typically, a salt session is 60 min. Some people like to go in for an hour with friends.

What do I wear?

You can wear shorts and t-shirt, or comfortable clothes. Keep in mind your clothes may get salty. We also provide robes you can wear over your clothes or instead of clothing.

Do you provide robes and blankets?

We supply robes, we do not supply blankets at this time.

How many people are allowed inside?

You can have up to four people in the space with current government guidelines.

What do you do in a salt room?

You can work, read, listen to music, meditate, relax, visit with a friend you haven’t seen in a while.

I'm thinking about doing a ladies night, what do you offer?

Please contact us for a menu of things and modalities you can have for a ladies night.

Can I take my phone into the salt room?

Yes, you can. You can also bring your own music into the room or listen to the music we have provided for you.

What does salt therapy treat?

Snoring, sleeping problems, coughs, colds, flu, asthma, asthma, sinus infections, sinusitis, COPD, emphysema, bronchitis, allergies. Keep in mind this is not a cure for the above ailments, it is a natural way to help minimize the effects of these problems. Please adhere to your health care practitioners’ recommendations.

Can we drink alcohol in the salt room?

Unfortunately, we are not a licensed establishment.

If I book am I sitting with strangers? 

No. When you book it is your choice to go in alone or bring cohorts with you.
